Although the prices were quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person, the food itself was disappointing, earning a rating of just 2 out of 5. On the positive side, the service was excellent, receiving a solid 4 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere felt average, sitting at a 3 out of 5, which didn't add much charm to the meal. If you're planning to visit, I would recommend trying the roast beef—it was the only highlight of my meal.

The food was flavorful and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was attentive and friendly, also deserving a 4 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance, providing a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy our meal, which is why it too received a 4 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the "Gift Shop" dish - it was a standout! Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

Goodness what a mess! Passing through the area wanted something better to eat other than fast food. We are not cracker barrel veterans and needed a little time with the menu. The takeout waitress was extremely helpful and kind. Waiting for our food, we browsed the store and ended up picking up a couple items. Our food came out and was presented the bill but when I went to pay I was charged twice what I expected. After about 10 minutes we discovered I was charged for a dine in bill, not carry out. the general manager took her sweet time addressing the situation and instead of saying they have a lengthy process to refund she became irritated while taking another 15 minutes to correct the situation. She ended up giving us our food free with lots of attitude. So off we went to eat our cold breakfast. But I must say it was tasty cold, I'm sure better warm. Word to the general manager. just talk nicely to your customers and explain the situation and offer them a discount for their troubles. If you would have only done that everyone would have left from the situation a little happier. Once again the waitress couldn't have been any nicer. When I realized she wouldn't get a tip I ran back and found her and gave her one.

Server was good. This location it?s normally really good this special visit I am not sure what was going on, but they were short employees, but they are always on the game
