Captain D's - White House

Grubhub.? So it was an hour late. Cold, didn’t have the condiments I asked for. Actually none. The potato had no sour cream or butter I asked for. Funny thing is that I called the restaurant and asked them to please make sure my order was right and it wasn’t. Dry potato, no tartar sauce, no vinegar, no cocktail sauce. Paid over 60.00 and it was just terrible. Lady on phone told me they would make new if driver was late getting to the store. Terrible

It had been a long time since I've eaten at Captain D's. Based on my latest experience, it'll be even longer before I go back!The service was really good nice workers, quickly served food but the taste of the food left me disappointed. Makes me wonder how long the shrimp had been in the freezer?! Leaving the establishment was an experience, too. The floor seemed oily or greasy, as I was able to slide across it.With a number of other places to eat in White House, I've probably seen the last of Captain D's. It's too bad for them because I love me some seafood!

64 degrees in seating was too cold and a waste of energy.

The food was cold and the shrimp tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. The hush puppies were dry like they were old.

If nothing is done about the rude management at this location you may as well shut down. Restaurant was out of featured menu items and will not make any accommodations. I mean zero. At lunch time, I saw one customer in the entire store. I decided to leave and go to Zaxby?s instead. It was packed inside and cars lined up at the drive thru. Also, for being so slow it took about 3 full minutes before anyone even realized I was standing at the counter! No wonder the place was practically deserted
