Starbucks - White Bear Lake

I was extremely disappointed this morning with the customer service at Dieucks. The cashier was very distracted, chatting with another worker and neglecting me. They were gossiping about other customers and did not even say thank you or give a proper greeting. They were very rude and seemed bothered by being interrupted by customers. They need to keep their personal opinions to themselves and focus on welcoming and helping customers, instead of chatting with friends.

The worker had said that they would open at 3:30, but they actually opened at 4:30. I was very angry and disappointed.

Mallory prepares fantastic drinks and provides excellent customer service.

Always greeted with a smile and always walked away with a good drink.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I have been here countless times, so you know I mean business! The drinks are top-notch, the atmosphere is lively, and they have never gotten my order wrong or run out of anything. Special thanks to baristas Amanda, Mackenzie, and David!
