Moutreys - Whitby

For our 2nd high-time booking. the sign on the door said, please be with us shortly before the staff, well no problem. I had the chorizo burger very nice. the personal is very attentive and polite. I enjoyed the experience.

Need to provide card details at time of booking (on line only using social media). No phone bookings possible which does not suit all. Do not think this arrangement is best. We booked for 7pm and were kept waiting for our food for 50mins which is not acceptable for just 1 pizza and 1 lasagna. Is this just an attempt to make more profit on additional drinks? That said the food was excellent otherwise would have scored it lower.

Fabulous place! Great atmosphere and fabulous food. We have visited 3 times now and will definitely be going again. Would highly recommend booking a table here

Had the best night at Moutreys. The atmosphere was awesome, staff attitudes and service were second to none. The food was epic, I had the lasagne and it really was something else. To top it off the bill came and it was very reasonable and probably less than we were expecting. Cant find fault at all, really worth a visit.

This is a small but vibrant restaurant. We were fortunate to snag a table when we had the chance. The di mare dish was fantastic and offered great value for money; it was truly delicious and served piping hot. The macaroni and cheese special was also tasty, although I struggled to finish it because it was so hot when it arrived! The seating areas are a bit cramped, which made it feel warm, especially in the corner under the stairs where we were sitting. Despite that, we would definitely return!
