Update: after having this milkshake my stomach feel weird fingers cross dont end up having to throwup or diarreah.Never ever having Harveys Milkshake againGot the strawberry milkshake and it is soooooo sweet that my throat hurts. Al i could tatse was sugar and nothing else. You guys really need to work on reducing the sugar and make the milkshake taste like a good strawberry milkshake. It was also too thin for a milkshake consistency and a closed lid would be nice to carry it around.

The food and atmosphere was good …. The customer service need to be improved a bit … they can give a smile.. when they take the order…

I went to harveys, ordering online for pick up. I ordered 2 combos with postings and it was to be picked up at 4:30. Well we got there and it wasn't ready. So we had to wait 5 mins longer. The person that brought out our food said they had just got the order. That's a lie. I placed the order at 1:30 for pick up at 4:30. So they had well and enough time to plan. I go to pick it up and they said they don't have the nerds for my slushie, that I paid extra for. The guy said they can't give refunds. How did I pay for something and not get it. The burgers were cold and the poutine was just edible with warm, not hot fries. In total I paid 53.00 for inedible food. Thank you Harvey's...I called and all they will do is give me 20.00 credit...Come on Harvey's...thank goodness I know people at Cara foods...they will be contacted next...

I ordered a grilled wrap and the guy who took my order mistakenly entered crispy. I wasn't going to complain but then my wife and I noticed other problems we couldn't overlook.While waiting for my wrap to be remade, the rest of our order (a burger, fries and a poutine) was put under a heatlamp. When we finally got our complete meal, the fries were hard and no longer fresh.The whole time we were in the restaurant, the staff were talking loudly amongst themselves. This included the one who was cooking the Burgers and who placed the grilled chicken on my wrap. She wasn't wearing gloves. After making a joke with the server, she used her left hand to wipe her face, then used the same left hand to handle the tongs and continue to cook.When we finally got our meal and went to sit, we noticed that all of the booths were dirty. When I went to get a napkin to wipe the table in the least dirty booth, I noticed the napkin dispenser was broken or just overflowing (or both).Overall not a good experience.
