Wow Wings and More - Whitby

Awful! My nachos had leftover chicken strips on them. I waited 35 minutes for takeout, only to get home and throw it out. This will be my first and last time going there.

The variety of flavors is fantastic! My group of four ordered the platter of 50 wings to share, costing about $1 per wing.

Extremely disappointed, I went to the Whitby location. We ordered the single deal and upgraded the fries to chill onion and ordered a kids mean with chicken fingers and fries. I asked the waitress if I could substitute any other for the fries she said only onions rings so I just left it as fries. We didn't get the cole slaw for the single deal we ordered she didn't ask us the drink of our choice for the single deal and the dipping sauce for the chicken fingers either. I was trying to get my waitresses attention for over 30min of eating because we were near the pool side. I then overheard another waitress telling a customer about the special that day, 0.89 wings. I called that waitress and explained to her the service and how we were not told about the special or else we wouldn't have gotten the kids meal. She called out our waitress who was extremely rude to us. Told us 'to bad I got you what you ordered and can't do anything about it'. Me being a manager and my boyfriend we told her to call the manager and she said in such a rude tone 'they are in the back I can't call them and even if I do they won't come out', she also said 'even if the owner was here he wouldn't even be able to do anything for you guys anyway so if you want you can take that home and eat'. Aside from that she was also trying to mock how I was pronouncing 'cole slaw'. I have eaten at many restaurants and managed many customers myself and to be honest this is the worst, rude, disrespectful, dissatisfying experience I have witnessed. This waitress was EXTREMELY rude, I asked her so you are going to let your customer go dissatisfied and she was like 'yeah well I can't do anything'. Me and my boyfriend knew there was no point in talking to her and her unprofessional manner so we just left and decide on never going back there again. Her name was suji

Many many wing flavors to choose from...Tuesday nights special...pool table in back...the ac works better in one side of restaurant than other...the service can either be very good or very slow $$

I got the special. A pound of buffalo wings and a pint for $14. I added a Greek salad. A pound was 10 wings. They were definitely buffalo with the right heat level and taste. The salad was large and wasn't skimpy on the Feta cheese. I am a wing nut so these wings didn't wow me but they were good. My favorite wing place east of TO is Frosty John's in Bowmanville.
