Subway - Whitby

I have tried Subway before, it did not taste good. I felt like throwing up after eating one of the subs. I am still willing to try Subway in the near future, but this is my current rating on it!

Just go to Firehouse Subs instead. Staff are not very friendly most times.. Ingredients are very slim. They seem to be displeased when you have coupons. U have to pay extra and still not comparable to the competition out there. Yes Firehouse is more expensive but u also get a lot more.

Was trying to use the restroom before I ordered on my lunch breakAbby the lady working the frontVery disrespectful and told me only paying costumers could use the washroomThose were the first remarks after I asked to use the washroom.She used the only authority she has to tell me paying costumers onlyDid not appreciate that so I will not be returning to this location ever.Abby should reconsider her actions and show the costumers the right costumer service they deserve.Never eat at this subway if Abby is working there

Dont stay open until advertised time, go in well before closing and they tell us to leave , lock door and turn lights out. Lame!

I have no complaints about the sub itself, but every time I visit, I have to request that they change their gloves. They handle cash from the register and then immediately use the same gloves to prepare the food. Today, when I asked the young Asian lady to put on new gloves after she had been at the register, she simply walked away and said someone else could do it. I wish they would be more mindful about this.
