Gino's Famous Pizza - Whitby

Seen the sign for a large pick up special for 9$ for a large pizza so I decided to try it. Found restaurant to be dirty. Staff seemed to be bothered that I stopped by. It was 5 pm. Got the pizza. Barely any cheese on it. Worst crust I've ever had. I know I won't be back. Btw. 9$ for the pizza plus pepperoni I was charged 17$ I didn't look at receipt till I got home and didn't pay attention when I paid. yea that's my fault. But this place is probably the worst pizza I've ever had. Buyer beware

Do Not waste your money on the **** they are selling. pizza base too dry and simply tasteless pizza.if you complain to them about the quality of their pizza they will not think twice to say something rude and insult you. I took a bite and Told them its too dry and doesnt taste very fresh for which i was insulted and told that there is problem with my tongue. What loosers they are. Do not go there !!!

I purchased a WagJag for a pizza and I attempted to redeem it the day before it expired. There were no conditions with the purchase except that it was valid for pick up only and only at this particular location. When I called, the owner was extremely rude to me and said that he couldn't possibly honour it that day until 9pm. I explained that it didn't say that on the voucher. He said that since it was the last day (apparently they weren't open the day it was to expire on the voucher) he would honour it for the next 2 weeks. I called exactly 2 weeks later and he began to take my order over the phone until I mentioned that I had a WagJag. He became extremely rude once again and said that he wasn't going to honour it since it had expired. I explained to him that 2 weeks before he had taken my name and voucher number and said he would honour it. He then said that he wouldn't honour it on the weekend but only on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. His story had changed once again. Needless to say, I've been jerked around by this business and am extremely upset.I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! The owner is one of the most extrordinarily rudest individuals I have ever tried to do business with. Because of this, the money I paid for the pizza is lost and all without the product that I purchased. To say that I am upset with this money I have lost is an understatement. I phoned back to the owner and asked him what his name was since he wasn't going to give me the pizza that I paid for, I was going to complain in writing to Advertising Standards and the Better Business Bureau. He actually had the nerve to laugh at me and said "you're never going to get my name"! I am very upset and disappointed that I lost this money without getting a thing except a hard time. He is a very dishonest man.

Bought a WagJag voucher for Gino's Famous Pizza, owner said I couldn't use it until 9pm. The coupon said no where about being able to only use it after a certain time. I confronted owner, he was VERY RUDE and YELLED at me that he didn't have time to make it then hung up. I filed complaint with Advertising Standards Canada for false advertising. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY FROM GINO'S PIZZA

The unfortunate truth of suburban Toronto is that it's dominated by pizza pizza.
