I did not feel 100% comfortable order from this device (ruly a first for me). the personal was not warm or welcoming. it was quite strange to be open. I would rather dinate where my annoyance is greeted!

Highly recommended! Almost everything that isn’t fried is gluten free. The staff understand celiac, and in addition to the fryer, warned us away from another sauce that doesn’t have gluten but is at risk of cross contamination. The food is delicious! Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area.

The owner quickly responded to my Facebook inquiry about accommodating Celiac customers. The staff was also able to answer my menu questions. The food was delicious so well be going back. Be prepared to pay extra for the gluten free bun $1) plus an upcharge depending on the side you choose. We ordered a Caesar salad because they dont have a dedicated fryer for fries and we were charged an extra $2.50.

After seeing a couple reviews for Butchies I decided to check it out for an early dinner with my boyfriend. When I called the staff member said its not a gluten free facility but they accomodate celiac customers all the time. The staff patiently explained the menu, detailed what was already gluten free, what could be altered to be gluten free and what to avoid completely. The food was delicious and I hope to be back in the neighborhood soon so I can go again and try something different.

I had been wanting to try this place for so long. I messaged with the owner on Facebook about their gf options since they aren’t posted anywhere and was happy with her responses. When we went in the owner was there and was able to tell us everything that I could order. They have gf buns for the sandwiches. Lots to choose from. Just need to ask the staff! Can’t wait to go back. Best part was that I wasn’t sick after!
