We had an all vegan wedding and they took this on with so much excitement as well as passion and worked so hard to create such a beautiful menu! I always knew that I wanted a fully vegan menu at our wedding, one that even our meat loving guests would love! Ryan and Melissa provided this and more, our guests could not have been happier and I heard so many positive comments! Thanks, guys!
My thanks to Mellisa, Ryan, Lauren and Aubrey for a fantastic evening around an amazing meal. This one was easy on my end: A seating was available and I asked Ryan to feed us. He agreed. That was all it took. It was amazing fit to the prize Bordeaux Ryan accepted for corkage: A 2007 Chateau La Petie Fleur Petrus. Yes, the sister chateau to the one I hope to drink some day. Start out with charcuterie, crudites and cheese. Moving on to a Pemberton Heirloom beet salad and stalled out on Fraser Valley breast of duck. After a respectful pause, tiramisu and creme brulee. Wow.
Amazing service and food. All the staff were great to deal with and we had tons of compliments on the food they prepared for our wedding.
Chefs Ryan and Melissa are amazing! Mouth watering food, beautiful presentation, genuine personalities and creative leaders in every aspect. No one does it like they do. Simply the best!
What can I say? Wow!! I had Ryan and his team cater for my wedding in Whistler and we had a buffet! And we all worry about buffets but NO ONE including us had any complaints! The food was amazing! We had appetizers first including seared tuna amazing! From feta quinoa, beef brisket in an amazing bourbon BBQ sauce or salmon with an delicious fresh salsa!! Deserts were fresh pies and chocolate pate and wow!!! Seriously I would never think twice about having The Venue for any event!! Delicious meal all around!
