Indian Masala Bistro - Whistler

The mixed vegetable masala curry was delightful! The pakoras were good, but not extraordinary. It was a bit expensive at $20 for a curry, but the portion size was decent. We shared pakoras and one serving of rice/curry between two people, and it was a satisfying amount of food.

Since moving to Canada two years ago, I have had a hard time finding good Indian food. While it may not be the best I've ever had, it is the best I've had in Canada so far. The eggplant bharta is delicious!

There are many vegan options available at this restaurant, and the food was delicious. We tried the Aloo Gobi and vegetable curry dishes, both of which were fantastic.

The mixed veg masala curry was delicious! pakoras was pretty good, but nothing remarkable. price 20 for a curry) but decent portion size we have divided pakoras and a rice / curry between 2 and it was a good amount of food.
