Bidrage med feedbackWe were in the Four Seasons and often ate at Braidwood Tavern every day for breakfast/running and once for dinner. Overall, the restaurant is very courteous for Celiac, but its menu is somewhat confusing and you need to be patient when ordering for breakfast (instead of making the buffet) and you need to check and check when you order and if you receive your order. My sister (the Celiac has) could eat from the breakfast buffet safely. Gluten ingredients are kept very far from most GF elements. When they asked, the servers could bring their GF toast and GF pancakes from the kitchen to the cakes and pancakes that were on the buffet. My son (the Celiac has and is very sensitive to cross-contamination) did not try the buffet, but ordered in the breakfast menu. He enjoyed pancakes several mornings, as well as GF Bagel and Lox. The one cave is that you need to wait a REALLY long time when ordering from the menu. The kitchen is only muded at the end and my guess is that they still have to do with some pandemic personnel problems. We learned to place his order almost immediately and sometimes helped. He also really enjoyed breakfast smoothies and hot cocoa. We had to send back an order of pancakes because it had cookies everywhere and once we had to send back the hot cocoa because it came with a cookie on the side. It's just small things that make you nervous. So, I 100% recommend the place, but you need to stay attentive. My son never got sick and we ate here every day. Note that for dinner not everything that GF is or can be prepared is marked GF as such on the menu. For example, crispy brussels sprouts were called GF, but fries were not. It turns out that the frits are good and are fried in the same dedicated frit as the breasts sprouts. Also the burger is not so labeled that he could be prepared GF, but they definitely have GF-Bunges and my son enjoyed a GF-Käseburger. All in all, the place is great... they just need to have their level of training and menu labeling to what we have experienced in Fairmont.
Had breakfast and lunch here. Staff are aware of cc and celiac. Had prepared breakfast toast in oven and pan prepared ham/poched or agitated separately. Lunch prepared Steak and Pommes. All safe and I was recommended a dedicated frit. Food was delicious and atmosphere, service super. No side effects.

The staff is knowledgeable about what can be made GF. The menu has some things that are marked GF, but other things can be modified to be GF like the burger with a GF bun. The server also told me that they had a dedicated GF fryer. For breakfast I decided to order off the menu each morning instead of eating from the buffet. They were able to make me GF pancakes and GF French toast, and the server was excellent about my food allergy. I always stay at the Four Seasons when traveling because I know they will accommodate my food allergy, and I feel safe eating.
