Bidrage med feedbackAmazing place to be at while in Whistler. Top class services, clean rooms! They've got hot pools as well, they're multiple so weren't too crowded for us on a Saturday evening. The food is amazing! You can also roam around and enjoy the beautiful decoration during Christmas. We enjoyed our short stay here, also enjoyed an office party at one of their ballrooms. Great service, good food and pretty decorations.
This is our favorite and only hotel we stay at when in Whistler. We LOVE the staff, the service, the room amenities, the hotel amenities, the pools, the restaurants, the location and everything about the Hotel. The rooms/suites are spectacular, the staff and concierge go out of their way to make our stay comfortable and we appreciate everything they do. This hotel is top notch ?Rooms: Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, bathroom amenities includedSafety: Room card keys, safe in roomWalkability: Walking distance to the village
Our stay was lovely. The gentleman at the check-in desk was very polite and friendly. The bed was comfier than at most hotels I've stayed at so I slept very well. I would highly recommend staying here.
I was here in September. I treated my mom and aunt to a staycation. The three of us had the best time ever.I initially booked for a double queen room, but after reservations I found out about the gold experience. I really wanted to try the gold room, so upon our arrival I asked to upgrade my room to a gold room if there was one available. My request was promptly taken care of by the check-in staff and I was well informed of the additional charges in advance. Some hotels are not so kind with these requests so I was impressed with the quality of the customer service I have received from the very beginning of my stay. The outdoor heated tubs were really nice. On the downside, the pools were a bit dirty as it is located outdoors. There were some leaves floating around, which I didn't mind that much. Some may be bothered by this, so I feel like it's good to mention. The room was sparkly clean and the beds were perfect. The room was equipped with Le Labo Rose 31 amenities which all of us truly enjoyed. The shower head had a built in essential oil capsule dispenser, so if you use the capsules provided, the shower water comes out infused with aromatic oil. The view from the room was pretty nice too.The cherry on top was the gold lounge experience. The food and desserts were so amazing. I wish I could live there. The breakfast at the lounge was fabulous too. The eggs are poached perfectly on the bennies and faimont honey is something else. There is just so much more to the gold experience that I can not just write about, you just need to book and experience it yourself.I totally recommend staying with Fairmont Château if you have plans on visiting Whistler! It may be a little pricier than the other nearby hotels, but it is worth every penny!
Honestly, it's a truly magical experience. The hotel makes the entire travel experience that much more special. The evening turn down service is much loved, and we always had a bottle of fresh water in our room in the evening. The staff remembers personal requests from previous visits. Underground parking is $39 dollars a night at time of writing, and plenty of Tesla charging stations are on site.Nearby activities: Vallea Lumina and the hotel is close in proximity to the Village which is full of shops/ restaurants.Food drinks: Portobello inside the hotel is an amazing experience. Food is incredible.
