Red Mango - Wheaton

This froyo place is fronting like a bao restaurant on Uber eats. Beware. They go by “Wow Bao” and they will scam you out of a meal and waste your Uber drivers time. I received a box of food that looked like someone took a bite of food and spit in the box. Then some baos that looked like someone pulled out of a freezer and microwaved.

Terrible experience!! I waited for 20 minutes watching an employee attempt to make a tropical mango smoothie for me. He was not able to and tried to serve me a super thick product. When I asked for a refund (it was clear he wouldn’t get it right) he said they could not give me a refund or credit. They noted I could come back or get something else, but that won’t be happening. If you are getting something they have to make themselves, skip this location altogether.

They have one person working here on the first 80 degree Saturday of 2023. I’m somewhere around 33 minutes and counting to wait for my bowl while the dude has waited on 50 other people behind us . Comically bad service.

Delicious yogurt and plenty of topping choices. Would definitely recommend
