Rossi's Italian Eatery - Wheat Ridge

Ordered chicken Alfredo takeout. Chicken was dry and chewy, and felt lacking in noodle quantity. Bread was fine but nothing to write home about. Staff was nice and friendly at pickup and order was hot and ready on time

4/21/24 11:40am: Well, they are not open on Sunday or at least not at 11am or 12noon as it says on Google Maps. It also says this on their front door (a piece of tape would fix this! I know that's tacky but it would be effective) and on their website (so, I guess don't join them for music Sunday afternoon or at least call first). A couple waited with me until noon.4/20/24 4pm: Wow! Excellent lasagna perfectly prepared. Big portion, too. Great attentive service. Nice quiet place.

This has been open under new management for a while now. Just visited last night, and while the menu changed, the food was great. We just have to keep coming back to see if it's consistent.

First time dining under new ownership. The food was tasteless and sub par for the price. My friends ordered shrimp scampi(not even sure you could call it that, since the shrimp were so tiny and shriveled up), chicken picante, and fettuccine Alfredo. The food was bland across all three dishes. The toasted bread for the burratta was burnt. And the bottle of chianti wine was undrinkable! Don't waste your money!

I got my food to go but the atmosphere was extremely great, the waitress were very friendly and polite. My host was Sophie, and she was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. I am from NC and wanted some Italian food, and trust me, it did not disappoint…Enjoy
