Bidrage med feedbackOrdered chicken nachos and all I get on it each time is half and half beans, chicken, and shredded cheese. No salsa, nothing else. When I got to the second section I asked for ?lots of cheese?. Then the register lady tried to charge me $3.75 for a handful of shredded cheese! I have never been up-charged at a qdoba before for saying lots of cheese. I told her no I?m not paying that. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She then remade my food and put the smallest amount of cheese I?ve ever seen on something. She charged the wrong card for the ?extra cheese? or I probably would have just let it go. She then refunded the $3.75 tossing my money at me rudely. She was not a nice person. Horrible customer service. The guy that made my food the first time even told her no I didn?t order extra cheese I just said a lot of cheese. She had no regard for her coworker. Poor guy looked at me like sorry? Never going to this location again. That lady should not work in customer service with that attitude!
I've given 5 stars before, I'm back to update with another 5 stars! The staff here is friendly, kind and just gives great service. My food is always just the way I like it and I'm pretty specific (I only want 2 jalapenos slices in my bowl)
There were 4 young boys working this night and not one of them was friendly the one making the burritos couldn't quit yawning the steak wasnt very good it was chewy.
I love Qdoba, but this location has really gone down hill. There's one employee who is just completely miserable and makes every effort to make me not want to come here. The old guy with glasses has an attitude every single time I've seen him and today when I went in for breakfast he made me wait while he went about setting up the store, even though it was well after they had opened. There was nobody else in there, he could have taken 3 minutes to make my burrito, but he's clearly needs to take out his grievances with the world in any minor way that he can. I'm done with this location.
When making orders for delivery, seal the bags. I ordered three items and only received 2. I called the delivery driver for door dash and he said it was your fault for not putting the item in the bag. I called your store and was told everything was in there. So I got two different stories. If the bags were sealed with the sticky strip this wouldn?t have happened and wouldn?t happen to other customers
