If I gave this place a negative 0 star. Our company has been a loyal customer of its place for years. Later they sent our order again and again incorrectly, either missing items or completely wrong order. Today I placed a $50 order and a handwritten requested item from my order was missing. I called to ask for the article, was first told that there is nothing they can do, and if I want to request the article, I can give up new order. When I asked to talk to the manager who said his name was Jaer, he said he was busy, but soon I will get the missing article. I called back 2 hours later was told by the manager that they are busy and have no time to send the missing articles, and that this was not their problem if I was not satisfied with their service. I will contact companies in this context, but I also wanted to make sure that I warned others about this place. Please avoid, if possible.

The people that work here are very kind and helpful. Mary is sooooo nice.

Overprice and flavorless. Order a egg and bacon burrito for breakfast.It was the size of the taco bell dollar menu burrito except theirs was $9 bucks. Order a toasted Crouzon, i receive a charcoal crouzon, the cheesesteak was one of the least flavorful things i ever had, only seasoning it had was salt. For a franchise this place is one of the worse bagel spots i ever been too, ill stick with mom and pops shops. i wont recommended, even the cream cheese had no flavor. If you ever go to jersey city pick up some goya adobo shishh.
