The Press - Whangarei

This little cafe, part of the information centre really surprised me. Friendly staff and a good menu. Food was really good and I had a nice coffee. I had a BLT and the wife had french toast which were both really good.

Press Cafe never ceases to impress me with their coffee, cake and Kai. I often find myself arriving into Whangarei and looking forward to my conversations while waiting for a decent cup of coffee from the ladies. They have a 'coffee for the board ' which is a 'pay it forward ' type of agreement. You buy a coffee for the board and when a customer or someone not so fortunate arrives at the counter their coffee is gifted to them to make their day brighter LOVE THIS!

Friendly and helpful service. Nice location with room for the kids to play. Had a spinach and mushroom Benedict. Cooked to perfection and large portion size.

Much better experience with the change of ownership, used to go there alot but stopped because the food was just not up to scratch and the prices were too much, now its great l will definitely be returning again! Keep up the great work!

Awesome and peaceful gardens! I love the place! Coffees and food is great, staff is very friendly. I will definitely stop there again
