The delivery was prompt, and the wait time was minimal. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal, which made for a great Saturday night.

While enjoying drinks at the spa pub across the road, we decided to order Chinese food to take home. However, upon attempting to place our order, we discovered that the restaurant only accepts cash or checks. In this day and age, who carries cash or checks with them? Like many others, I only have my phone and prefer to pay with a card or phone payment. Unfortunately, they missed out on a large sale with our group of 15 who were about to order with cards. We ended up going elsewhere that accepted card and phone payments, and we do not plan to return. It is likely that many others have had a similar experience. If they want to succeed, the restaurant really needs to modernize their payment methods.

I ordered take-out for my grandchildren and myself at 6:22pm and was informed that the wait could be up to one hour, which I found acceptable. However, after an hour and a half, our order still had not arrived. Multiple attempts to contact the restaurant failed, but I eventually managed to get through after another fifteen minutes, only to be told that they were busy and our food would take another hour. I expressed my dissatisfaction and insisted on receiving our food within 15 minutes. After much discussion, our order finally arrived, but it was clear that it had been forgotten. There was no apology or discount provided. I will not be using this restaurant again and I advise others to think twice before ordering from here.

I tried ordering delivery from this restaurant twice, and both times it took nearly two hours for the food to arrive. I eventually gave up and cancelled my order. There are plenty of other restaurants that deliver much more quickly, so I would recommend not wasting your time with this one.

Had a chow main meal tonight and it was discussing the meat was dry and very small, the shrimp well that what l think they were we’re discussing and dry, l really believe they were just scrapes left over. I will never buy from this takeaway ever again.
