Bidrage med feedbackWe loved our Christmas experience at the Venetian. Reading some of the reviews made me a little nervous but I know you can't please everyone and that's exactly what those reviews are. The decor was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive! (Which you'd think they'd be burnt out at this point) Chef Paul kept coming out to different tables throughout the night to make sure people were happy and satisfied which is the old school way that I enjoy. I'm a wine drinker and they had a wide variety, including their special vault which I indulged in. We got the fried mozzarella as an appetizer and it was delicious. I got the carbonara and added chicken without an issue (with an additional coat) and it was really good! The other diners got chicken parm and the Sunday gravy which they both said were delicious. Portions are heavy. I will definitely get two more meals out of mine. For dessert, we went the liquid route and got espresso martinis which did not disappoint. Especially since they offered a decaf option. I would highly recommend coming to the Venetian during their Christmas pop up and any day during the year
Came here for my birthday. They're always great but Paul went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience. Can't go wrong with homemade pasta everything I've had is delicious
I will tell you honestly my experience After we sit, we wait 20 minutes to attendant come and bring water after 40 min he came back to bring bread warmed up at microwave i know because after 2 min bread turned rock so hard) After 1 hour came appetizers the garlic bread was under baked raw inside) not eatable and mozzarella was sagged not crispy After other 40 min main dish came .. the cod was ?ok , but the carbonara over cooked impossible to eat.. the fun part was a couple trying to eat the bread, the bread was so hard so hard when the woman tries to cut the bread fly to our table.. The decoration is really good, beautiful but the people go to restaurant looking for good service and good food..
This was our first time at The Venetian. We had wanted to come on my birthday on 12/7 and thought you could JUST walk in that day!. so I went online on 12/2 and was able to make a reservation for a Sunday 1/14 2:00 for my party. We were greeted and seated upon arrival. Our server Emily was very nice. The decorations were beautiful. In fact, on the way out, I posed with one of the polar bears that I named PETE. We will definitely be back !!!!
Originally wanted to visit in December as I have heard and seen a lot on the news and Facebook. I settled for January. And decorations were still up. I was celebrating a friends birthday a few days early and decided to treat her. Our waitress was Livia, sweet girl. However, we were seated and were sitting for about 15 minutes before she came over. I did get up and went to the hostess to inquire about. She did not go over the specials with us, nor did she bring bread to the table. We found out about later, as a new party was being seated behind us. We were looking forward to having a homemade pasta. The food was OK, sauce, very bland... No flavor. The calamari appetizer was great. The big chocolate cake was gigantic. And my friend is going to enjoy it for a week. I had tiramisu, which I found to be too sweet and did not finish... Which never happens. The decorations were beautiful but the rest of our experience did not meet our expectations as it appeared to be a high end Italian restaurant with those prices. Quality just wasn't there.
