Bidrage med feedbackThe quality of the food remains great but that is where the 3 star rating ends. The employees are not trained well at the register or the sandwich station. We ordered 2 small subs , 2 20oz. drinks and 2 bags of chips which qualifies as a meal deal.The employee did not honor the deal price and we had to point it out to him. The sandwiches were less than 6 inches and whoevermade them left about 1/2 inch of empty bread at either end at a $9.50 price tag I would expect it to be full. This location isclean but run down and is in need of a remodel. The seats are squishy and saggy. Unfortunately, we will not be returning heredue to the prices, small portions and lack of employee knowledge/training.
Nasty sub I will rather drive all the way from Weymouth to quick ma to get a sub. They use to be good I?m 2008 but not no more I will never eat from there again

I understand that you may be busy, but it's unacceptable to pick up the phone and place callers on hold without any explanation—especially multiple times. Leaving someone on hold for three minutes or answering without saying anything before abruptly hanging up is frustrating. You are all professionals, and this behavior is simply not appropriate.
I ordered the steak and cheese, and it was terrible—very fatty and unappetizing. I sent it back and received slices of pizza instead. Even though the cheesesteak cost over $12.50, that didn't cover the difference. I have no idea how three slices would be considered a fair replacement, but that was all I was offered. Unfortunately, the pizza was just as disappointing; it was undercooked and lacked flavor. Save your money and choose a different place to eat.
