Trifon's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Heard about this fantastic gem from the locals and finally got a chance to try it. The perogie pizza is amazing! Worth the price. Bonus: a free pop in a collector cup.

Pizza is inconsistent from one day to another. Depending on who the waitress is, service is also inconstant. Called to order pizza and no one answers the phone. Food is okay...

I visited my home town and we went out to Trifon 's. I had never been there while I lived here. My sister and niece raved about it. I have no idea why? We sat down, then waited several minutes for any service. There were two tables occupied, one if which had no drinks yet. We ordered our drinks, and my sister repeated them before our waitress left our table: 2 diet cokes, no ice; I coke with little ice; and my Sprite. I should have wondered about that right then... We got three cola drinks, all with lots of ice; and my sprite in a 5 ounce kiddie cup? The three incorrect drinks were returned to be corrected. I was finished my kiddie sized drink when she returned no refill was offered! Then ordering! I wanted a meat lover 's pizza and they had 10 ; 13 ; 15 and 18 . So I asked for a 13 meat lovers. My sister and nephew wanted a 15 Hawaiian. The waitress 'corrected them and said that was a large Hawaiian ? The waitress pointed out they could get an extra entree cheaper with that, so they ordered the dry ribs. My niece ordered the Buffalo chicken, which only came in one size. ?Luckily? The waitress (who my sister and niece insist has worked there for quite a while came back and told me they 'do not serve 13 meat lovers ' pizzas '. I told her it was on the menu. She had to check that out, and came back and stated that the computer had the MEDIUM meat lovers ' pizza, not the 13 pizza!! I had to ASK for a refill for my 5 ounce sprite at this point! She looked at my drink cup and (I think? realized then that it was not for my 14 year old nephew? She returned with a regular sized drink, stating that they previously 'had no clean cups that size before ' (I hate excuses, but I hate blatant lies more. I was getting totally unimpressed with this place. Especially with the FLIES buzzing around. My sister could tell and told me that normally the service was much better. The waitress picked that moment to bring out TWO of our three pizzas. (Notice that I have not mentioned the dry rib entree being delivered it wasn 't! Five or eight minutes later the Buffalo chicken pizza was delivered! Now for the quality of the pizzas: my meat lover 's pizza had pineapples in it? Okay, I 'm not allergic, and will eat them, but I was not expecting that! My nieces ' Buffalo chicken pizza was quite literally sopping wet she took all of the napkins from our table and laid them under the slices; then asked for even more napkins! She described it as a pizza soup ! She actually was so unimpressed that she asked for it to be replaced, despite the fact that the rest of us were nearly half done. The waitress said that the chef told her they are supposed to be like that? As for the Hawaiian pizza, my growing, constantly starving,14 year old nephew did not finish the shared pizza! He asked if we could take it home. My niece wanted to take hers home as well, so I had the rest of mine boxed up as well. At this point my sister asked to cancel the long overdue, never delivered, unexplainably missing dry ribs entree! I have lived off of my tips and have been considered extremely generous with my tipping. (50% is my norm This $90 bill got absolutely nothing as a tip.

Almost every time I order pizza from here its messed up. Which sucks because I really do love their pizza, they just always put things on it that I don't want. Even when I have specifically stated that there's an allergy to certain toppings. The ribs are awesome too....when they're not burned.

I have gone to Trifon's Pizza many times. Have always loved their pizza. Service is kind of iffy. Today my family had the worst service we ever received. Took 10 minutes to get menus. I couldn't believe it when I realized our waitress was the one sitting with a boy while we sat there. Our wings were over cooked, actually crunchy. Our pizza was not cooked properly, it was actually doughy and slimy. My daughter's chicken and bacon sub had tomatoes that she asked for none, waitress was very much not paying attention as we ordered. My daughter took four bites of her sub and got no chicken. My son and I each had 2 pieces of pizza and couldn't eat anymore of our 13 inch pizza, it was disgusting. When our waitress finally came to our table, we complained, She actually asked if we wanted the pizza boxed up. I told her I didn't want it and wasn't paying for it. It took almost 15 minutes to come back and say we had to pay for 1/2 the pizza which I refused. We were told we ate 1/4 of the pizza and half the sub, which wasn't even close to what we ate. I asked for my daughter's sub to take home because she planned on putting chicken on at home. They threw it out saying that we said we didn't want it boxed up, which we never did. So we were forced to pay $12 for a sub that my daughter didn't get to eat. Right now she is eating DQ and my son and I have lost our appetite.
