Fantastic hotel for families with little kiddies. Huge family room. Great value

Very high standard of everything, staring from visual point and finishing on food served. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at this hotel and while the overall experience was amazing , staff were lovely and the room was perfect .. the only thing I was disappointed to find that they did not provide trays on their high chairs for babies. As a parent traveling with a young child, this oversight made meal times quite challenging , especially trying to enjoy breakfast . I hope the hotel considers adding this feature in the future to better accommodate families with young children.

Had an amazing room, didn't realise when we booked it was a family friendly hotel. Absolutely wonderful for children. Unfortunately we are seniors, wish we had grandchildren to bring to this lovely hotel. We had a super waitress called Leah. What an asset to your hotel. Sadly we had not previously booked a table in the restaurant The gentleman we spoke to was possibly the restaurant manager was very abrupt with us as we had not booked in advance. He told us they had a large party of young footballers and refused us a table for 7.30. Offered us 8pm only. We went to reception and was offered 6.45 as an alternative. We had a excellent meal but believe it at 7.30 there were plenty of tables available. It's a superb hotel with amazing facilities especially for children.

Good facilities for kids with big rooms and good food. Only issue was big delays getting served in the restaurant 45mins 1hr both times. Waited 15mins for coffee. Although there were plenty of staff around. Nice bar. Pool and changing room was packed first day as they didn't seem to be moving people on from their slots. Very good value deal
