Unlike many consultants that just tell you what to do, Mark is very hands on to thepoint where I have seen him working the lines during his openings. He becomes personally invested in all his work and wants tomake sure everything is flawless. I have seen his work on concept and design, HR, purchasing, training, and menu creation. Ipersonally recommended Mark on multiple occasions to my own customers when they needed assistance, and they have never beendisappointed. I called Mark (he was recommended by a colleague of mine) after I had recently expanded my business to multiple stores and double the employees.
