Mystic Market - Westport

Excellent sandwiches with helpful and friendly staff in a clean open setting. We stopped for lunch and there are numerous choices for great sandwiches that made it hard to decide. Prices were reasonable for the quality and the flavors and ingredients were excellent. There is some outdoor seating for nice days but it is limited. We waited a bit for our sandwiches to be fresh made given that we showed up during the lunchtime rush but it wasn't terribly long. Would definitely stop by again for lunch or takeout.

I ran in for a quick sandwich during their rush hour for lunch. So quick wasn’t what happened! Delicious however, is an understatement! So, suddenly the wait was no longer as big an issue. My sandwich and side pasta salad were both awesome! I feel like the layout could be a bit more streamlined. The place is large, so things are kinda spread out. I ordered, and paid, but didn’t have a chance to get my drink or any add ons (like a cookie or candy bar). The drinks should somehow be moved closer to the counter. They just need to fix the flow. But the really tasty sandwiches more than make up for this “shortcoming”!

I've been to Mystic Market a few times now, and each visit has been a great experience. The food has been absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. It's a warm, welcoming environment. Very convenient access via I-95. Can't go wrong here.

A welcomed staple for breakfast on the way to work. Good food/value and excellent staff.

This place saved me. Locations close to me are still not open if I need somewhere to work for longer than 20 or 30 minutes. Including libraries. Mystic, thankfully, is quiet, clean, and mindful of covid. They have coffee I like and a variety of healthy options. Every single staff member I came into contact with, or saw help out someone else, was extraordinarily kind. Way too kind. And I was convinced they had been trained or somehow brainwashed into treating customers with this weird level of niceness. Then I heard them interact with each other and realized, no somehow, the owners of this place just found good people to work here. I don't know how they pulled that off, but it makes the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. It's a relief to have such a place as a resource.
