The Helm - Westport

Wow! Apartments are spectacular, as is the location on Westport Quay simple cannot be beaten. Vinny Keogh, his son and manager Chris, run this place like clockwork. The bar and restaurant are excellent. They seem to have a huge amount of international guests, lots of Americans who come over on golfing packages. Vinny appears to be the master of ceremonies and genuinely seems to know everybody and is very well connected and respected in Mayo. It's rare to find great accommodation, food, and drink, all under the one roof/on site. Their technology is also right up to date with sleek white touch screen card machines, which are super fast when paying the bill.Highly recommend this place. Golden hospitality, and I mean this

Decent food for the money , portions are generous, fast, friendly and easy going service. Nice location, good drink menu with locally crafted beers. One of the best place for lunch in Westport.

The breakfast is lovely, especially whatever sauce is in the beans
