Papa Johns Pizza - Weston

Last year, I used to order the Shaq-a-Roni Pizza all the time; it was my favorite pizza anywhere. I was thrilled to hear it was back, but not anymore! Papa, you've ruined your best pizza with a thicker crust that comes out soft and mushy. The cheese doesn’t even stretch, and the pepperoni isn’t even served hot. It definitely did not look like it did in the ads!

Usually, the delivery drivers here are excellent, but I recently had a disappointing experience with what I think was a new driver named either Brandon or Landon. He arrived 10 minutes late, and despite requesting a no-contact delivery due to my grandma living with me and being immunocompromised, he still came to the door. When I opened it, I found him wearing headphones and focused on his phone. Overall, I felt his behavior was quite disrespectful and impolite compared to the high standards set by other drivers. On a positive note, the pizza was delicious, and I've ordered from here multiple times before with always a pleasant experience.

I usually order a pepperoni pizza with two types of cheese, but my last order was disappointing—I received a cheese-only pizza with hardly any cheese on it. I highly recommend checking your pizza before leaving the store. Today, my pepperoni pizza with two cheeses was mostly just a huge piece of dough covered in tomato sauce, with just a light sprinkle of cheese. I guess I should be thankful that I got pepperoni this time, but it felt more like a tomato sauce pizza with pepperoni added on top. Two disappointing experiences in a row make it clear that PJs is risking losing customers.

These people will say anything so that you give them your money and then will not give you your food. I ordered a pizza for delivery, and less than 5 minutes later I get a call from the guy who works there saying that he cannot deliver it even thoughthey have over an hour before they close. Papa John's, if anyone has to lower themselves to order a pizza from you at night, itis not out of pleasure. At least have the decency to tell people you cannot deliver before they pay.

Ordered plain cheese pizzas for a kids birthday party. The order came wrong they promised they would redeliver and then never did. When I called back the manager basically said ?not my problem? as it was a delivery service, even after I explained theother employee had promised to remake them and we had been waiting on the pizza. We were left hanging with hungry kids at aparty. Would have paid double to just get the right pizzas redelivered. They were so unkind and unhelpful. We ordered from adifferent local restaurant who made our pizzas correctly in about 15 minutes and saved the day. Would never order from PapaJohn?s again. Not just that a mistake happened but that the manager was so unkind in their response and unwillingness to remakethe pizza (after the other employee promised to take care of it! . Didn?t even let me know, just decided not to do it. Orderanywhere else, trust me. Their pizza is not worth the hassle either way
