Less than 50% accuracy on orders. Out of the last 10 orders I have had to get refunds on 6 orders because of missing items or a completely incorrect order. 'Service Fee ' obviously doesn 't mean anything with odds of messing up the order this many times...

Most of the time, the food is fresh, though I've occasionally found the burgers and fries to be lukewarm. It's nice that the food isn't greasy like at other places. The drive-thru is usually busy around 11:30, and unfortunately, the layout causes cars to block the road when they need to navigate around. Inside, the service is quite fast, and it doesn't seem too crowded for takeout. It's a great spot to park outside during the winter and enjoy a meal while taking in the views of the snow-covered mountains.
