Subway Place Ville Marie - Westmount

I love Place Ville Marie for some last minute shopping before my VIA Train leaves, lol.

I've been through Place Ville Marie a few timesIt is not only a small shopping center with the usual food court but also houses offices.

Smaller ish shopping mall just off of St Catherine that I would have no clue that it existed if it wasn't pointed out to this suburbanite.

Caminando por las ciudades canadienses es imposible no toparse con un local de Subway. Hay más que hamburgueserías. Excelente opción para comer algo rápido, barato, y seguir caminando. Y se puede elegir ingrediente por ingrediente.

This is my favorite "fast food" chain and I treat myself whenever I am trapped as a tourist worldwide with no time (or mostly money) to eat in proper restaurant. Unlike other so called fast food restaurants (not to name them), this one sells no burgers, chicken wings, french fries or other fried ****. It`s a sandwich bar. With an attitude. Choice of nice bread rolls (five or six decent varieties) filled with ham and cheese, meatballs, chicken etc. plus a choice of every single veggie you can imagine to add to your sandwich. You can stuff yourself for as "little" as 7-8 dollars and still end up with three or four of your "five-a-day". Seating area and toilets clean. And very friendly and helpfull staff. If you are in the neighbourhood, do pop in. No matter if you`re on budget or not.
