The best BBQ around the area. pulled pork, ribs, brisket to the broasted chicken. Everything is awesome! The Brunswick stew and the mac and cheese bites are a must try. They do a mean Oktoberfest platter as well. I do admit, I have cheated and tried other BBQ places, as I do love bbq, but it is always a comparison and Uncle Bubs always comes out the clear winner. My 13 years daughter sits down and destroys a full slab of ribs with out missing a beat. I met Mark and was introduced to Uncle Bubs over 25 years ago when he catered a holiday party at a printing plant I used to work at in Wheeling, IL. The rest was history. From Naperville Rib Fest to Saint Petersburg 's Rib Fest in Florida, Uncle Bubs wins hands down. It is true BUB LOVE ! BTW......I do miss the Hot Links...bring them back as a special?....hint hint. I will be watching for the post on Facebook.

Quick friendly service. Ordered backyard burger. Burger was small but flavorful. I was told it is 12 ounce but I know this is wrong. Seems like 4 ounce before cooking. 2 sides included. Fries which were fresh hot nice portion. Mac cheese which was a gigantic disappointment. Portion was about 2-3 tablespoons. Fountain beverages with free refill. Could have easily eaten 2 burgers. Restaurant is very clean. There is ample on site parking.

I go to Uncle Bob's every month and this place has great food. I love the Half chicken with barbecue sauce and the cornbread. And I love the coleslaw and the Mac. We used Uncle Bub’s to cater our daughter’s wedding last week! In one word…Delicious! In another word…Perfect!! They were so wonderful to work with leading up to the wedding day! On the wedding day, the setup at the wedding venue, the staff working the wedding, the food, the cleanup TOP NOTCH!! This pic is from one of the wedding guests on their socials! I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Sides were also delicious.
