Wait times are over one hour even when you use the app. in advance. App said 45 minute wait. Arrive to be told they just got my order and I was given a ticket. I waited an additional 25 minutes then asked for a refund. I have never waited this long for a burger and a fry. It felt like they forget to check the app. and nothing was done for the inconvenience.
