Sergio's Pizza - Westminster

Old Fashioned Pizza at Sergio is the best pizza in the Carroll Country. That's my opinion. Ask for the pizza guy from NJ to make it for you. His name is Steve, but they call him “Snap”. They add a spicy Fra’diavo sauce to the top of the pizza. Be careful. I love it, but everyone is different. I'm sure you can add regular sauce if you want.

Very good food, even large portions. The waitresses did a great job, although the restaurant was just busy. The pizza was good and I also liked the carrot cake.

Best Italian cuisine in all Westminster, possibly all Carroll County. I have eaten several times in this tiny little restaurant, and every time my date and I have been totally blown away, how good the food is here. It is the rare case where the items listed on the Specials menu are actually special and handmade by a master chef. The attention to detail and perfection with which they prepare each part of your plate is dizzy. The food is incompatible with the outer appearance of this stripe mall restaurant. It looks like a rowing sports with a small dining area. A Maryland-Lotterie kiosk fucked on a wall. Sports games on many TVs. The first sign that something interesting is going on here is how almost all tables appear full at dinner at a week night and fortunately I never had to wait there for a place, although last night it looks like we had the only open table. I'm happy enough to live a few minutes, but this place is worth driving if you're not from this area. I don't know who hid them in the kitchen, maybe his Sergio himself, whoever it is, they are amazing. Ironically, we never ordered pizza, even though I hear good things. his so hard, the amazing special menu. Go here, it's so good.

We had the fried Calamari appetizer. It was a very generous portion and perfectly roasted. The **** Mary was one of the best I had in a long time. Courteous and attentive service by Sarah. A very pleasant experience.

Great food and friendly service. Pizza is unique and fantastic! Rick the owner is always very welcoming and appreciative of his guests. He runs a great restaurant and Westminster is fortunate to have it.
