The Daily Grind Cafe - Westland

I frequently stop by for drinks, but today, on February 26, 2023, at 3:22 PM, the service was terrible. The man behind the counter was quite rude. When I suggested he could be nicer, he responded that it’s tough working alone. While we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks, his attitude was quite off-putting. I will return, but if he’s there, I’ll be sure to walk right past.

The employee at this restaurant was exceptionally rude. When I asked a question about one of their products, he responded with a lot of attitude. I won’t be returning here. Customers deserve respect!

The guy at the front deserves a raise; his attitude was so entertaining! I'd gladly tip him $20 just for making my coffee.

Whelp it's April! Which brings rain showers for Mayflowers. My grandies are great company and love to do my favorite thing: People Watch! After an hour of play time in the play area at Westland Mall, we stroll down here to have a snack and cool down. Besides coffee, The Daily Grind has a nice selection of snacks. Service is great as well! Takes a lot of patience to deal with the grandies (both very independent) paying separately Sidenote: This would be a great place to meet, if you need something notarized! Every coffee/mocha I have gotten here is so delicious! I live out of town but whoever I am in town, I make sure to come get a coffee as much as possible.
