Mcdonald's - Westland

Whenever I visit this restaurant, everything is excellent. The staff and managers are friendly. Sarah, who works there, is especially welcoming and always aims to resolve any issues.

This place keeps the orders about and hour early every night. it closes around 11 o'clock and in the rule around 9:20 they begin to ignore people. I work close, so it is convenient on the way to home, but they are always closed early! don't waste their time here.????????????

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The workers have fake nails that are too long and they scratch themselves with them before touching food. Even if you dine in, they touch drinks with their dirty hands. The customer service is terrible, with managers allowing rude and ignorant behavior from their employees. They refuse to help or refund customers for their mistakes. I would not recommend going here. It's concerning that they may be in violation of health codes.

I tried to dine several times the day in the last week and her lobby is closed although she has no sign up and the lobby is supposed to be open until 9 o'clock (which her lobby window says) venerable mcdonalds I have ever met. I'm telling everyone I know I'm loading this.

Very good service. My order was accurate, and the food tastes fresh. They did a great job keeping the cars in the drive thru moving along at a steady pace. This is one of the better McDonald's that I have eaten at. Although I did not go inside, the outside parking lot was free of trash, so.I can assume that their seating area inside was equally as clean. Bith of the employees who served me were friendly. I will probably make this my go-to spot the next time I am in town
