Longhorn Steakhouse - Westland

My steak was not tender or seasoned good. It was cooked to my liking as far as temp. We had to send it back and get new ones. The second one was better than the first but not the greatest.

Honestly really enjoyed my experience here. The Filet was so good, as well as the bread, and the appetizer. The margarita was ok, but I'd drink it again. Will be back!

Great food, the best waitress,the French onion soup could have been a little hotter

We were there for my wife's birthday with family. Had a great experience. The waitress was top-notch. Food was done to perfection.

Arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse in Westland on Warren across from Westland Mall on a Thursday not busy this is my favorite local Longhorn. This is my 1st time bringing my daughter that is paralyzed in a wheelchair and they had a table near the kitchen for us, I asked the host (Jamie) if we could have another table we didn't want to be near the kitchen and there wasn't enough room, she wasn't pleased with the request. I asked if we could be towards the back because of needing more room she proceeds to move us 2 tables down still not enough room we would have been blocking the aisle way finally Jamie seats us in the back which is where we wanted to go in the 1st place. Well that's the end of the bad experience, I'll never bring my daughter here again and this has made me decide to not come here as often. So when our waitress Leah arrived to take our order she was very kind and polite the kind of service I'm accustomed to from Longhorn. Thank you Leah for turning a potentially unpleasant experience into a delightful one also the food was Great as usual.
