Tifa - Westlake Village

I discovered a new shopping and dining complex that I wasn't aware of, tucked away on Russell Ranch off Lindero Canyon. Tifa Chocolate Gelato has quickly become my favorite spot for dessert after dinner or for relaxing with an espresso while playing a game of checkers. The atmosphere inside and out is fantastic for enjoying gelato. They offer a variety of beverages, including hot and cold espresso drinks, tea, artisanal chocolates, and incredible gelato flavors (you absolutely have to try the strawberry balsamic and espresso chip). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Another great feature is their hours—they're open until 10 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends.

The gelato was absolutely delicious! However, the bathroom could use some improvement, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

I chose this place for lunch, and I'm so glad I did! I had the pumpkin spice dark chocolate and fig mascarpone gelato paired with a thick, gooey chocolate chip cookie. I also tried the whiskey mocha-flavored gelato. If I lived closer, I would visit all the time. It was the best lunch ever!

The restaurant offers a lovely variety, and their chocolates make for great gifts. The coffee is just average, but the shop has a warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you step inside. The customer service is excellent. If you're thinking of bringing children, I would still suggest Baskin Robbins, but otherwise, the selection of flavors here is quite nice. They have house-made chocolates, and the ones we tried were fantastic; I highly recommend the dark chocolate whiskey. I would definitely return.

I highly recommend the dark chocolate ice cream—it's incredibly creamy! The restaurant also has tabletop games, allowing you to enjoy some fun while savoring your dessert.
