Fresh Brothers Pizza Westlake Village

I have food poisoning from your pizza. I was sick for two days. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I had to go to the hospital because it was so bad.

Veggie Pizza? or is it just Olive's pizza.. isn't with her description. Waste of money waste. disappointing. Unfortunately it was taken out so not recognized until we came home and opened it.

Thin and square cut as different as your normal pizza. Always really well cooked and tastes soooo well. I wish it was just a little cheaper. It can quickly add!

The cashier was nice, but the manager Ari ruined this place. I chose a paprika personal pizza, but her website sent her as ?topping?. That's why I just paid a pure pizza for a topping that I never got. When I kindly asked for $1 refund, Ari said it was my fault not to choose Paprikas (if I did). She was rude and said they didn't know what I wanted. A simple call to me could have corrected the confusion. Then she said that customers choose to jump, and pay extra all the time for pure pizzas. She admits robbing people. Why should we pay for a topping extra if we don't want a topping? That was the dumbest argument I've ever had with a $1 refund. Ari refused to do the right thing and defended the mistake and spoke to me. What a terrible management.

This location is great for pizza, taste really good and there is one lady that is always very nice and friendly.
