Bidrage med feedbackFun cool vibe if you’re looking for a local dance bar!
I've been to the Bamboo Room twice within the last six months. The staff is extremely friendly. Romy is very accommodating and Tom makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend the burger sliders!! We had two of our events here and we plan on coming back, so whether you looking for a lounge with a beautiful ambience, or an outdoor hang out while drinking some fine wine I recommend stopping by.
I haven’t ever been here on a normal night but we came here for a private event and I can definitely recommend. They had great music and many people in our party enjoyed the open bar. We had a four course meal and they accommodated a vegetarian diet with vegetable risotto (which was delicious). We had a great time and would definitely like to come back.

So let's start with getting into this place... they act like they are some high end night club in LA patting down every guy AND using a metel detector. Wtf. For the ladies getting their bags physically searched. I'm not even sure they are allowed to do that. Usually a flashlight and looking through it is enough but we had the lady security guard putting her hands inside our bags and touching everything. Once this is finally done (took nearly 10 minutes to get our group inside) you walk up to a bar with two bartenders. Drinks are outrageous in cost and are basically all mixer. I ordered a vodka tonic and it was 90% tonic. I also ordered a round of shots... when the bartender set them down she knocked two over. When I told her it spilled all over my shoes she just walked away. I had to ask her to re pour the two SHE spilled. Past the bar is the dance area. Small dance floor with four couches. They all say reserved. The vibe seems cool until you realize the types of people who are going into this club. It's pretty hood. If it's not hood it's a much older crowd. There was a manager walking around in a bomber jacket and jeans... not exactly a nightclub manager attire. It kinda made the place feel cheap. Then some other girl prancing around like she owned the place but very clearly did not (this is the hood vibe I'm referring too) she said she was a promoter and acted like she was the hottest thing in this so called club. Fyi she wasn't. She's actually the reason me and my group of 10 left. Put a super bad taste in our mouths with her attitude. The security guards have no clue what they are doing. They will throw anyone out for zero reason just because they can. They actually told some of us that like it was impressive. Ended up leaving after an hour and went to a local dive near by with way friendly staff and we didn't get pat down walking in. Honestly AVOID this place at all cost. It will literally cost you an arm and a leg just to try and have fun here. Bogies down the road has far better service, stiffer drinks and a much more upscale feel. Bamboo basically is a wanna be nightclub that likely won't make it.
