Fuse (bistro) Westford

Loved this place while it was open. Great chef, great menu, great food. It is however, sadly closed! There is a new place going in called stir. Will have to try it soon. If you owned or worked at Fuse THANK YOU for some wonderful meals and take out!

Excellent lunch for my friend and me! We enjoyed each part of the meal and the outdoor table was the perfect spot for us to enjoy the sunny day! The server was very kind and attentive! Would definitely recommend this spot!

We came here for lunch after skiing at nashoba.it was early so we had our choice of seating. It seems like a clean and comfortable restaurant. Since we were the only one there, the service was good. We got spicy Berger, chef burger and salad with grilled chicken. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The burgers were good. The fries were tasty and Freshly made. The salad was fresh and tasted good, but the grilled chicken was a bit too dry.

This place is small but they delivered big time. Ordered out ..fish and chips small pieces of perfectly cooked white fish with hand cut fries. Tuna seared tacos fresh tuna, delightfully seasoned, fresh cilantro and the sweet potato fries were awesome. Ready on time, hot and delishes. We haven't been going out and to be honest the place isn't large..but we love the vibe. Take chance on a small place, you won't be disappointed.

I have had the opportunity to eat at some of the finest restaurants in this country. I guess you could call me a foodie. I found fuse while at a convention. I was really surprised by the quality and excellent preparation. The staff was excellent, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable . If you would like a treat, try their steak frites. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the vicinity of Westford, Massachusetts.
