Marco's Pizza - Westfield

This is the best pizza for delivery you can find. It completely surpasses Domino's and Papa John's.

I love going to this Marcos. The value is great if you use their app and go to ?Deals?. It seems like they use the Papa johns model where the pizza is expensive unless you have a coupon, but they always have a coupon if you look for it online. The storedining room is always empty and most of the time there are only 1-2 people waiting on their carry out items. My only complaintis their app doesn?t track carry out pizza orders very well. I?ve shown up 5 minutes after the app says the pizza is ready andhad to wait over 15 minutes in the dining room for my 1 pizza to be done on a Friday. I would recommend Marcos over any of thenearby pizza places.

My order took longer than expected, but the manager was very apologetic, especially considering they were short-staffed and quite busy. In the end, we received our food, and it was delicious as always.

The individual I spoke to on the phone was so disrespectful that I nearly decided to cancel my order. She commented on my accent, stating that my English wasn't good, which I found to be incredibly discriminatory. I attempted to voice my concerns by calling customer service, but no one followed up with me. This treatment is unacceptable. The staff member needs proper training in patience and customer service skills. I ordered a half-and-half pizza, and she claimed my order was "complicated" and suggested I place it online instead. I explained that ordering a half-and-half pizza online can be quite challenging, but then she continued to criticize my "thick" accent. Her tone was unreasonably rude. Would she behave the same way if an elderly or disabled person called, or was her attitude solely based on my accent?

I visited the restaurant for dinner on a busy Friday night. The place was clean and had plenty of staff. The employees were friendly and attentive. Given the crowd, it was understandable that the pizza took some time to arrive. Once it did, both the pizza and the sides were delicious.
