Friendly's - Westfield

Bright cozy environment. Pleasant staff. Designed to be just like a Cafe where you order then are given a table card and sit, serve yourself soda, one of the staff runners come out and deliver to your table. You clear the table yourself. I would say a bit pricey but isn 't that everywhere now? (5 chicken tenders and fries/coleslaw for 15.99)

The Food Was Amazing And Came Out Quick!!! I've Been Going To Friendly's For My Whole Life And Hands Down This Is The Best Food/Experience I've Ever Had!! Well Worth The Money!! GIVE It A Try!!!

I don't understand why I ordered a Jim Dandy n it's made pretty bad, there's more topping then ice cream. I figured for a pretty new place things would b better then other Friendly's but no. If you don't know how to make a Jim Dandy then ask to b retrained or maybe someone there just don't care, or maybe you guys cutting back due to inflation. Either way it wasn't a Jim Dandy size. Hope the manager cares enough to watch these employees do their job correctly.

Very disappointing. paid $17 for a chicken tender entree and got 5 small dried out chicken fingers and not even a half cup of cole slaw. Oh ya and no marinara for the mozz sticks i ordered. giving 2 stars because at least it tasted fine. but paying $35 for cafeteria food, i feel violated

Delicious and very sweet. The choice of ice cream is not big, but it's enough. The cafe itself is small, there are few seats.
