I waited over 90 minutes for a pizza and 10 wings, which were so overcooked they were inedible. This location is consistently understaffed, and you rarely see the same employees twice. There are numerous areas where this place needs improvement. The food quality is terrible, and the staff seems poorly trained. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I regret spending $40 of my paycheck here. Ried stores really need to do better. In summary: Food: 2, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.

Called to place an order at 9pm. Listened to a voice mail that confirmed advertised hours were until 10pm. However said they were closed. Why is it so hard to change your hours if you actually close at 9, say so. Go to Lena’s they are better and will be open.
