Scramblers - Westerville

Great breakfast place. There was a little problem when we first arrived. But when I called it to their attention, they went overboard to correct it. I wouldn't have asked.

Food was good but we had horrible service. We were not greeted when we got there. They didn?t know where to seat us. Then no one waited on us. They apologized and then we had to ask if we could order food. They brought the check and never came back to take our payment. We left cash and walked out. I don?t believe we will go back. This is not the first time.

Friendly service, clean Diner Restroom. A unique twist on the Biscuits gravy. Not bad. I'd come back again.

Christmas Eve day breakfast was a very pleasant experience. Our waitress was friendly and very busy with the holiday crowd. The food was quick to the table and tasty. I was disappointed with the weak, diner-grade coffee options. I know some are looking for the bottomless cup, but I would have gladly paid for a pourover or americano. Very much worth the visit if those things aren't that important to you.

The food are good, waitress are good also. The only thing had me take ine star off is those greeting girls. Never give smiles.
