Donatos Pizza - Westerville

Incredibly rude staff!!! I had rewards points for a free pizza and when I tried to order it online it would not go through. I called the store and was told:HIM: (which was supposedly a manager) you don't have no credits!Me: um, I believe I do because I'mlooking at my rewards points right now online!HIM: oh, thought you said credits, yeah that happens with rewards,, not sure what you want me to do about it... I can't just give you a free pizzaME: Well sir...according to my credits you can. I wasn't asking for anything free but I have the credits!Then he hung up on me! Awesome customer service at Westerville Donatos!!!

No stars,!!! Messed up our complete order of $45 &said we were refunded a credit. Went to use it and they revoked it. Will never order from there again. Not to mention I worked there as a teenager and they have a 5 second rule. Good luck

Both of my pizzas was delivered to me looking like this. Worst pizza I've ever had and most of the pieces wasn't even cut. Definitely not donatos pizza.

I rarely ever eat out and the food I obtained here reminds me why. The service was good, but the food was slightly awful. This is the first time that I’ve had a freshly baked pizza with a soggy crust.

My 92 yr old grandfather, fresh off a flight from Dallas, had to wait over an hour for his Big Don. The man had to get ugly with the staff to get any kind of reaction, (and action) from them.After being loyal customers SINCE THIS SHOP OPENED, we will NOT be returning!No apology, no visual of the manager, no coupons, discount, nor refund for the inconvenience. Nada.I'm not surprised, just VERY disappointed. NO STARS EARNED HERE!!
