8 people working. Took 15 mins for banana split as they couldn't find container and they are all playing mess around. And hunter. The shift leader, refused to acknowledge us at all, even when I spoke to him. What a horrible store. Will never come back

Ordered a cake for a birthday two days in advance. They call the day of and say they don't have it. No offer to fix the problem. They just cancel the order and tell me to order a different cake if I want one. Person on the phone was not very helpful.
