What a exquisite hidden gem!!!!! Absolutely stunning place. Wow! Location, location, location. Food tasted good, we were there for our “daughter's” wedding. Service from management was alert down. Hosting a Wedding and not checking your generators to see if they function correctly is a school boy mistake. Bridal couple had enough stress to still deal with your back of house issues. Secret Sanctuary away from our busy lives I was very surprised to find this gem, the building looks like a castle and the restaurant are surrounded by a pool. we opted to sit on the lawn by the jungle gym under the big trees so we can watch the kids play. About 3km off Bottelary Road, Fort Simon is a family friendly venue with great views and good pizza. Staff are friendly and the wine is delicious. If you're visiting over the weekend, be sure to make a booking.
