Wendy's - West Virginia

Was through the drive through yesterday at 9:50 PM, they shut it down and didn’t even say “sorry we are closed over hearing them on the intercom! Poor customer service!! Turned off the lights too!

This Wendy’s is hands down one of the best on the east coast. Food is always well cooked and taste amazing. Staff are all super friendly and will take great care of you. The inside is clean

The food was really good. Service was good also… The only thing that went wrong was that they mixed up my sandwich up with another customers amd we both brought them back the same time and we just switched them. So they would not have to make another one… Also because the spicy chicken sandwich was not ready and would take a while to get since they didn't have any down..

I would give it 5 stars if it wouldn't have been for the last time I was there I ordered a mobile order and it was just sitting in the pickup area I was waiting for 5 minutes to purchase something I forgot to get and it had stickers on it but it was still open fry's cold and missing one fry was missing but I haven't had any other problems friendly staff and clean just wouldn't recommend a in-store pickup mobile order

The person taking my order didn't listing I wanted 5 dollar biggie bag they never asked what kinda of sandwich I wanted never gave me my nuggets it's 1:24pm told it was wrong nothing done she just looked methed out starring into space complaining she was here since 7am an having to work to 5 like I care I've been up since 3am an this was my worst Wendy's experience I run a store that ain't customer service Jesus learn the menu
