Kfc - West Virginia

Chicken is always over done here. When I complained the manager said all of our chicken looks like that. Refund please.

The nastiest place in logan county Employees look semi conscious! always outside smoking something.. Chicken is gross! orders are wrong,and no one over there gives a dam! Do better kfc!

I was very disappointed because it said at web site and at the sign at the location that they were close at 11 pm and I was there at 10:20 and no body answer I couldn’t get food

Very poor customer service and wait times are unbelievable. That is only if they don't run out of product before they even get to your order
