So happy we have one of these here! I used to live in NE Ohio and my work crew would plan our routes to be able to stop at the Mentor, OH location! Still miss the Cranberry Orange and also the Lemon Blueberry though, but happy to see the Cinnamon Roll bread is still around! If you want a very good sandwich this place definitely has it. A little slow on the serving side. If you only have a 30 minute lunch, I would say this is not the place for you. They did have 2 for Tuesday where you got 2 sandwiches for the price of one though that is no longer an option. Very reasonable on their prices. I drove thru and got the grilled cheese, which would have been good except they wrapped it in foil wrapping with a plastic liner. The plastic liner melted to the sandwich and separated from the wrapper coating my entire sandwich in plastic. Unsuitable for consumption.

We've gotten food from here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. Today I got the veggie Baja on Dakota bread. I think it's my new favorite! It's so flavorful, fresh, and delicious!

My first time here. Stopped in on a whim cause it was near my favorite seafood place. It did not disappoint. I got 2 loaves of fresh baked bread. They where amazing. If I had more time I would have been there a lot longer lol. I will be back.
