Told I didn't do my job but why did I find this if I didn't? Want to take too many short cuts not getting things cleaned

Complete turn around from my last experience. Staff was friendly, drive thru was going, and service was quick. Food was also on point.

2 stars for the burger and 1 star for the lady.(No names) I found her sweeping or moping the floor.I asked for a burger.She stopped moping and went straight to the kitchen. “NO washing hand” Gloved up and prepared my burger. She ungloved and packed my burger with the same bare hands she was holding the mop with. I had already paid and felt uneasy to explain to her about hygiene. I've been here several times and have always gotten good food and friendly service. The Manager that always seems to be working when I'm here is always working and taking care of things like a Manager should

Really good and fast. Employee's we're friendly and the place was very clean.
